Fruity bursts of raspberry & blackcurrant sage, spicy Szechuan pepper, ginger and chilli, all work together to give this 0% spirit the recognisable ‘kick’ of a top shelf tipple. Pour over a glass filled with ice then top with a splash of Mediterranean tonic & a handful of berries, for a drink worth flaunting. On the nose – Berry notes explode on the nose followed closely by Szechuan pepper and hints of candyfloss, citrus and chamomile.
On the palate – A bold fruity, floral and sweet profile with discernible raspberry, strawberry and blackcurrant flavours.
The taste – Finishes with a sweet spice and ginger kick.
Ingredients
- 50ml Pink Berry 0% Spirit
- 15ml Gusto Organic Sicilian Blood Orange
- A handful of strawberries
- One lime
- Ice
Method
- Blend the ice, strawberries, the juice of one lime and Warner’s Pink Berry 0% Spirit in a blender until a liquid is formed.
- Place a handful of ice in a highball glass and spoon the blended liquid over the top.
- Top with blood orange soda
- Give a quick stir and garnish with a strawberry and lime wheel. Serve with a straw.
