Check out these five facts you might not know about CÎROC.
CÎROC is a truly modern vodka, inspired by more than a century of wine-making expertise and craftsmanship. CÎROC has a zesty character which practically ‘zings’ around the palette and makes it a luscious, elegantly smooth and sophisticated luxury vodka. The perfect accompaniment for every celebration, big or small!
NUMBER 1 – DID YOU KNOW? CÎROC is made from two fine French grapes: Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc.
NUMBER 2 – DID YOU KNOW? Their vodka is produced in the Charente-Maritime region of France at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux. Instead of the normal 3-4 times, CÎROC distill their vodka five times which gives a distinctive flavour with an exceptionally fresh, smooth and fruity taste.
NUMBER 3 – DID YOU KNOW? Although CÎROC was founded in 2003 by enologist Jean-Sebastien Robicquet, it did not really take off until Sean Combs, otherwise know as P. Diddy, Puff Daddy, Diddy, partnered with Diageo in 2007. He oversaw all lifestyle branding and marketing for the brand, taking the brand from 50,000 to 2 million cases a year.
NUMBER 4 – DID YOU KNOW? The iconic tall, slender bottles are embossed with a cockerel perched on a cluster of grape, symbolising the Gaillac region and the grape growing heritage.
NUMBER 5 – DID YOU KNOW? CÎROC vodka celebrates its French origins by being named after the combination of two French words – ‘cime’ meaning ‘peak’ and ‘roche’ meaning ‘rock’.
