Ingredients

30ml Lyre’s Orange Sec

30ml Lyre’s Aperitif Dry

90ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Cucumber and lemon, to garnish

 

Method

Add ice to a large wine glass.

Measure and pour Lyre’s Orange Sec and Lyre’s Aperitif Dry into the glass

Top with tonic.

Garnish with thin cucumber slice and 2 lemon wheels

Ingredients

35ml Seedlip Grove 42 Citrus

15ml lemon juice

10ml Giffard Gomme Syrup

Scavi & Ray Alcohol Free 0% Spumante, to top

Method

Place ice in champagne flute.

In a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and add Seedlip, lemon juice and sugar syrup.

Shake well and double strain into the chilled glass.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Ingredients

25ml CROSSIP Pure Hibiscus

50ml Orange Juice

5ml Honey

5ml lemon juice

Orange, to garnish

 

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add CROSSIP, orange juice, honey and lemon juice.

Shake well.

Strain into a champagne flute and garnish with an orange wheel.

Inspired by Italian bitters and aperitifs, it has a deep, developed flavour, with floral notes of hibiscus, cubeb and rhubarb.
