Why not try something new?
You may think that ‘alcopops’ are for younger, or newer drinkers but the reality is that they are a great pairing for the sunshine and fun times. An alcopop, nicknamed this due to the ‘soda-like’ taste, is a mixed alcoholic drink that tend to be sweetened and served in small bottles with an average ABV of 3-7%. They are often fun colours and flavours.
It is time to re-define the alcopops category and take them to the next level by including them on your cocktail offering. Everybody loves something a little different, so why not have an alcopop coming out the top of your cocktail? Here are two great recipes that will get your offerings turning your customer’s heads.
