Method
Chop the coriander leaves and place in a cocktail shaker with the lime juice, 100ml of pineapple juice, and a handful of ice. Shake together until well chilled. Strain into a glass with ice, top with remaining 100ml of pineapple juice and soda. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple.
Citrus Crush
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until ice is crushed and mixture is combined. Garnish with your choice of a lemon slice, or mint sprig.
Frozen Apple Margarita
Method
Coat rim of glass in lime juice and salt. Place sparkling apple presse, lime zest, lime juice and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into margarita glass. Garnish with apple slice and serve.
Anticipation Punch (Yields 6 servings)
Method
Mix grape & apricot soda and ginger ale in a punch bowl. Serve in cups over ice with added strawberries and citrus slices.
